G7KSE and I were transmitting last night via the digital gateway to the net. there were reports that both of us had low volume and were difficult to hear. is that right? Lee, when i’ve spoken to you before when you were on digital, you said i sounded fine then. could this be a simple case of a mismatch in the digital to analog gateway output gain? did something get bumped maybe? ---

I have since tweaked the audio levels. Digital to Analougue was low now fixed. But your audio was low on digital too Nicky, check your mic gain in the radio i normally set all mine to one up from top. High i think it might be ---

Sure Lee’s got any volume related issues in hand and with the mic gain setting’s he’s suggested , I reckon you’ll be able to join in with the net properly next time , It’ll be good to hear you . 👌 Richard.
