Elecraft Thinknode M1 on Meshcore lacking some features

I now have an Elecraft Thinknode M1 and have flashed the latest Meshcore version onto it.

However, what I didn’t realise is that all the features seen on the many videos where it is being used on Meshtastic, do not all transfer across when using Meshcore, due to a combination of very small memory and specific Meshcore default commands.

First and foremost the GPS is not supported and will not work via standard Meshcore at all.

Secondly, the handsome large clock display screen is also not supported

Still works well and looks fantastic for all other Meshcore uses when used as a BT companion, but just be aware of the above.

have you looked to see if theres any third party firmware builds for it to fix these exact issues?

There is one third party build Nic that addresses the gps but it is not clear if that is only in a sort of mesh to friends on a dedicated frequency or full MeshCore. Also it looks terrible when I tried it
