CumbriaCQ is community run, and there are real running costs behind the scenes: repeater hosting, internet links, dashboards, APRS, Meshcore, digital voice services, backup storage, hardware maintenance, electricity, and general upkeep.
I’ve also now had to rent a cloud server, which has added another £9 a month to the costs.
